The APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting will be held in Shenzhen in November, bringing together leaders of the 21 member economies and business elites. As the most high-profile, extensive and influential economic cooperation mechanism in the Asia-Pacific region, APEC will host a series of economic and cultural events themed “Building an Asia-Pacific Community for Common Prosperity” in Shenzhen, the third Chinese city to host the APEC Leaders’ Meeting.

To seize development opportunities brought by the APEC China Year, fully implement the national strategy for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, advance integrated development of the Greater Bay Area, and boost economic and trade exchanges and cooperation among the business community, under the auspices of the “Shenzhen Entrepreneurs Day”, the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce and our Chamber will jointly host the 2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Entrepreneurs Economic & Trade Exchange Conference themed “Link Global Innovation Resources · Fuel Growth Momentum of the Greater Bay Area” on 11 October. Around 200 guests will attend, including senior officials from the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, key leaders of the Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce, Shenzhen municipal officials, as well as business representatives from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. This event aims to build a high-quality platform for exchanges and cooperation among enterprises across the three regions.
